The County of Albemarle Division of Zoning and Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the final subdivision plat referred to above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment
is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14 -316] The subdivider shall submit, prior to or with the final plat, evidence satisfactory to the agent that
the entrance of the principal means of access for each lot onto any existing or proposed public street
complies with Virginia Department of Transportation standards. Please provide evidence that VDOT has
approved a proposed entrance location off State Route 683 [Shelton Mill Road].
2. I will approve the 404 - waiver request after I receive VDOT approval of a proposed entrance off the
state road [State Route 683 Shelton Mill Road].
