The plans for the E &S and SWM Amendment for Bundoran Farm, received on 28 July 2011 have been
reviewed. The plans meet the minimum requirements of the Water Protection Ordinance.
A. Amendment Comments
1. The submitted package for this application seems to be incomplete. Please provide information as
to what is being amended on the plans and which is the application number that the plan is
amending. In addition, please provide the plans and details for the proposed bio -filter (CPBF -3) in
this package. It seems that the SWM plans for the bio -filer were submitted with the
SUB201100069 application. Please provide a full set of all the necessary documents and resubmit
under this application.

2. If all sediment traps are being amended in this application, then please submit all necessary ESC
and SWM sheets.

3. Please provide sediment trap design summary tables.

4. It appears that the proposed grading and location for Sediment Trap #7 does not match with the
proposed bio - filter. Sediment Trap #7 should be designed to be converted to the proposed bio -
filter. Please revise.
