However, since these fixtures are internal in the courtyard area and nowhere near a property line we won't worry about it this time. They won't cause spillover onto the neighboring property. For future reference, though, keep in mind that they should be included. The lighting plan looks really good otherwise and I think all of my lighting comments have been addressed. My only other comment is about the date and revisions dates. I hate to be super picky about it, but this is how we get a handle on record keeping. You have the original date noted as 5/20/11, and a revision 1 date of 8/29/11.... but then on the right hand side of the plans the date says 8/24/11 and your seal is signed with the same date. The discrepancy between the dates needs to be fixed. This submittal is also the second revision ... the first was submitted sometime around 8/8/11. Is it a big deal for you to revise this information? Other than that, all I am waiting on now is approval from ACSA. I'll send Alex an email this afternoon to see if I can determine where his review stands. An additional Minor Amendment application will be required before any additional lighting can be installed on -site. If lighting approval is desired with this application, please submit a lighting plan, photometric plan and fixture cutsheets with your revisions. Rev2: The lighting plan submitted does not meet County standards for review. It is difficult to determine which fixtures are proposed in which locations, and the specific options chosen for each fixture have not been identified. All fixtures which emit 3000 lumens or more must be full cut off and it is impossible to determine lumen level with the information provided. It also appears that not all of the fixtures are included on the photometric plan. Please revise and /or submit the following: 1. A photometric plan that includes all proposed fixtures, stand -alone and wall- mounted; 2. A lighting schedule that provides the fixture symbol and label used on the plan, the quantity of each fixture proposed, the catalog number indicating fixture options selected, a description including any variation in arrangement or distribution of the fixture, and the lumen level using a maintenance factor (or light loss factor) of one (1.0). All information presented in the lighting schedule must coordinate with the fixture cutsheets and the photometric plan. 3. Include fixture cutsheets on the plan sheet. 4. Include the following standard lighting note on the plan: `Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one -half footcandle.' 8.
