Engineering review can recommend approval to the plan after the following comments have been addressed. 1. The pro -rata fee to the Lickinghole SWM Basin for these units had been paid with the previous final site plan application. There is an already approved ESC plan for the area: WPO- 2009 - 00064. 2. Please provide clarification regarding the note on the cover sheet that refers to the downstream drainage system. No construction drawings or computations for this system were included in this application. 3. Please show existing and proposed topography including FEE's and spot elevations in the ditch along the front of the buildings. I recommend adding more inlets to the system at the front of the buildings. [18- 32.6.6] 4. All parking areas must have curb. Please provide curbing along the boundary of all new parking areas, including the parallel spaces in the open space parcel, or request a waiver to the Chief of Current Development per 18- 4.12.2.c. [18- .4.12.15.g] 5. Vehicles may not overhang into adjacent parcels or easements. Please increase the size of the parking areas so that there is at least 18ft for a vehicle to park from the alley easement or request a waiver to the Chief of Current Development per 18- 4.12.2.c. Considering comment 4 there is the possibility that an overhang of 2ft per 18- 4.12.16.c.6 could help in this situation. [18- 4.12.16.b] 6. Parking spaces must be a minimum of loft wide when a travelway of 20ft is provided. Please provide loft wide spaces or request a waiver to the Chief of Current Development per 18- 4.12.2.c. [18-4.12.16.c.1] 7. As discussed during the Block 4 site plan, parallel parking spaces must be at least 9ft in width. Please make the necessary adjustments or request a waiver to the Chief of Current Development per 18- 4.12.2.c. [18- 4.12.16.c.2]
