A. Final Site Plan Review Comments (SDP201100046) 1. It appears that there is proposed grading on the existing site plan. An accurate existing site plan must be submitted showing the current conditions of the site. In addition, please provide a demolition plan illustrating what is remaining and what is being removed. (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 2. Please bubble all that is being amended on the plan. In addition, include the limits of disturbance. Should the limits of disturbance be 10,000 sf. or greater, an Erosion and Sediment Control plan will need to be submitted (along with a Water Protection Ordinance application and E &S review fee). (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. 3. Even though some impervious areas are being replaced with pervious pavers, engineering treats the pervious pavers as gravel, which means that the c -value for pervious pavers would be 0.7 (whereas, pervious c -value of a grass or wooded area is 0.3). Please provide a Simple Methods Spreadsheet showing the appropriate acreage and c- values illustrating the removal rate for pre- and post- development. Should the removal rate increase, engineering will require that the SWM facility be improved. (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. There is minimal difference in the removal rate between pre- and post- development. Therefore, no SWM is required. 4. Grading cannot exceed 5% in all parking areas. Please revise. In addition, please provide spot elevations at the corners of the proposed parking areas. (Rev. 1) Comment has been addressed. The Erosion & Sediment Control plan (WP020 1 1 0005 8), submitted 9 August 2011 has received Engineering Review and meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval. You may contact Ana Kilmer (Albemarle County Department of Community Development) at ext. 3246 for further information on bonding procedures. Once the E &SC bond has been posted, you may contact the Department of Community Development to arrange a pre - construction meeting with a County Erosion & Sediment Control Inspector. Should the County Inspector find the limits of disturbance increased or the need for additional control measures required to protect the site, additional fees will be required. \\ cob- dts01 \CityViewLnk\Docs \2011 \WPO \WPO201100058 - Peace Lutheran Church - E &S \CDE2_mia_esc_JPD_11 -46 - Peace Lutheran Church - Minor.doc
