The Water Protection Plans (WP0201100057) submitted 10 August 2011 have received Engineering
Review and do not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval. Please
adequately address the following comments for final approval:
A) General comments
1) It is not clear from the submittal what exists and what is proposed. Please either use different line weights
for existing as opposed to proposed, or submit an "existing conditions" sheet. All proposed changes to the
site will be within the "Limits of Disturbance" boundary.
2) Please label the State Road name and number on the plan sheets.
3) Plan appears to show State Road repaving and entrance reconstruction. If so, then please include in limits
of disturbance.
4) Please label the curb and gutter on the plans.
5) Please detail "Stabilized Turf' on the plans.
6) Stormwater plan appears to show installation of underground pipes after grading has been stabilized. Please
verify second stage of disturbance for SWM installation.
B) Stormwater Management and Mitigation Plan
1) Please fill out the Albemarle County Simple Spreadsheet for SWM. Additional comments may be
generated upon review of SWM simple spread sheet data.
C) Erosion Control Plan
1) Please show the "Albemarle County Temporary Paved Construction Entrance Detail" on the plan sheet.
2) Additional comments may be generated upon receipt of required information.
Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 2 copies (add 1 more copy if VDOT needs to review) of
the revised plans, calculations, and narratives to Current Development Engineering.
Current Development Engineering is available from 2:30 -4 PM on Thursdays to discuss these review comments.

[17- 204.f] An application for an erosion and sediment control plan that requires modifications, terms, or conditions to be included in order for it to
be approved shall be deemed to be withdrawn if the owner fails to submit a revised plan addressing the omitted modifications, terms or conditions
within six (6) months after the owner is informed of the omitted information as provided under paragraph (B).
