Dear Ms. Barnes,
This Letter of Revision approves changes made to the Poplar Glen Final Site Development Plan, SDP -2004-
00076, as follows:
1. Revision to site layout as submitted August 10, 2011: addition of a raised wooden walkway with stairs for
providing access to the 'Terrace Level' between the two existing retaining walls.
This Letter of Revision amends the 1st Letter of Revision for this site, which was approved June 14, 2005. Two
additional Letters of Revision have been approved for this Site Development Plan. Any additional revisions to this
site plan will exceed the total of three (3) Letters of Revision that are allowed before all changes to the plan are
required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. Therefore, any additional changes to the approved
site plan will necessitate either a minor or major site plan amendment application.

Letter of Revision for Raised Wooden Walkway
Dear Bill,
Please accept this letter as a letter of revision for the reference project. As shown on the attached
drawing, this amendment includes a raised wooden walkway for access to the lower terrace level.
Due to a prior revision of the site plan which changed the retaining wall layout from 3 walls to 2
larger walls, there exists a need to access the area between the 2 retaining walls (referred to as
the terrace level) for maintenance. This proposal is for an elevated wooden walkway to be
installed at the west end of Boone Trail down to the terrace, as shown on the attached site plan.
