Dear Mr. Collins,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The
letter of revision proposes the following changes:
1. Change the segmented retaining walls to concrete retaining walls. The location, height
and length of the walls will remain the same.
2. Location of handicapped parking spaces.
3. Minor changes to stairs.
This is the first (1st) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after
which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE. LETTER OF REVISION #1 - THE RESERVE AT BELVEDERE (SDP- 2009 -0097)
Dear Bill:
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the Reserve at Belvedere Site Development Plan.
The attached exhibit highlights the following changes in the vicinity of the clubhouse and pool:
1. Change the segmented retaining walls to concrete retaining walls. The location, height and
length of the walls will remain the same.
2. Location of handicapped parking spaces.
3. Minor changes to stairs.
This is the first letter of revision for the subject site plan. The applicant acknowledges that a total of
three (3) letters of revision are allowed.
