Based on discussion with Bill Fritz, it has been determined that the proposed changes (if it is simply the addition of a 744sf outbuilding) can be submitted as a Letter of Revision. Any changes between what is shown on the approved site plan and what is on -site currently will need to meet the standards for a Letter of Revision and will need to be documented on your submittal. Please review the linked Site Plan Amendment SOP document to determine if you also feel that the proposed changes qualify for submittal as a Letter of Revision. If so, please re- submit following the directions on the Letter of Revision application, and pay the $5 difference between what has already been paid and the fee for a LOR. Both are linked below: the links provide the application as well as the checklist, but you can disregard the application portion. You will use a Site Plan Amendment application, which is provided below as well.
