Mr. Pappas,
As discussed on the phone this morning, what has been submitted does not meet the minimum checklist standards for a
Minor Site Plan Amendment. Based on discussion with Bill Fritz, it has been determined that the proposed changes (if it
is simply the addition of a 744sf outbuilding) can be submitted as a Letter of Revision. Any changes between what is
shown on the approved site plan and what is on -site currently will need to meet the standards for a Letter of Revision
and will need to be documented on your submittal. Please review the linked Site Plan Amendment SOP document to
determine if you also feel that the proposed changes qualify for submittal as a Letter of Revision. If so, please re- submit
following the directions on the Letter of Revision application, and pay the $5 difference between what has already been
paid and the fee for a LOR. Please note that the LOR application included in the SOP document is not the most current
application; the second link below is the application that should be used.

If you feel that a Minor Site Plan Amendment is the appropriate application, the plan submitted must meet both the
Preliminary Site Plan checklist and the Final Site Plan checklist. Both are linked below: the links provide the application
as well as the checklist, but you can disregard the application portion. You will use a Site Plan Amendment application,
which is provided below as well. If you submit as a Minor Site Plan Amendment, please follow the directions on that
application for submittal and include the required $405 fee difference.

As I said on the phone, current development will not be able to approve either a Letter of Revision or a Minor Site Plan
Amendment until the ARB has given their approval. Please contact Eryn Brennan (x 3029) for information regarding the
ARB review.
