The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(5)] Public Easements. Please provide a Deed of Easement for all public drainage easements.
2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Please clarify the right of further division for TMP
32 -17A1 by adding the following note to the plat: "The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining
[number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres."
3. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. For subsequent submittals, please add the date of the latest revision
each time a plat is submitted to the County.
4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Please correct the notation concerning the reservoir watershed to
indicate that these parcels are not within a water supply watershed.
