The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
[14- 302(A)(4&5)] Private & Public Easements. List any private or public easements with the associated
deed book and page number. Be sure to include the conservation easement associated with parcel 1 E.
Rev 1: Comment addressed.
2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Please add the following note to the plat: "Parcel
[letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may /may not be further divided and when
further divided these rights shall not comprise more than [number] acres. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel
[numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than
[number] acres."
Rev 1: Comment addressed.
3. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Provide the deed book and page
number of the instrument whereby Tax Map 103 parcel 1 H was created.
Rev 1: Comment addressed: however, please correct the deed book and page reference to read 'D.B.
824 PG. 63' instead of'D.B. 825 PG. 63'.
4. [14- 302(B)(6)] Reservoir watershed, agricultural- forestal district. Please provide a notation indicating that
these parcels are not within a water supply watershed, and a notation indicating they are located in the
Lanark agricultural - forestal district.
Rev 1: Comment addressed.
5. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of Lots. Please clearly provide the existing and proposed acreage for each parcel.
Rev 1: Comment not fully addressed: the proposed acreage for TMP 103 -1 E is provided as 327.73
acres on the parcel; however in the title area it says it `will now contain 331.62 acres'. The two
proposed acreages must be the same. Also, County records show the original acreage as 327.99
acres not 323.84 acres as presented on the plat. Please verify the accurate existing acreage and
make sure the proposed acreage is presented the same in both places on the plat.
6. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Indicate the location of all existing buildings on parcel 1 H that are
within 50' of the proposed boundary line.

to be addressed as well. Their comments will be forwarded as soon as they are received.
