Ellie,
I have reviewed the plat for Timberwood Blvd. on the north side of Airport Road, which you distributed to me on 6 Sep
2011. 1 have the following comments;
It would be preferable to have the sidewalk publicly maintained and in the right -of -way. VDOT has indicated it
should be totally within the right -of -way or totally out. I'm not sure why the applicant chose to place it totally
out. It is in the public interest to have assurance that the sidewalk be maintained along this public road,
whether through recorded agreements, or in public right -of -way. The opposite side of the road will also be
required to have a sidewalk with future site plans, and will have the same right -of -way or agreement issue.
2. TM 32 -17 should have an existing stormwater management easement, which the proposed 20' temporary
drainage easement drains into. This needs to be shown to verify the drainage easement's extent.
3. The note on the cover sheet is incorrect. This property does not appear to be in a water supply watershed.

Have you had a chance to review the Timberwood boundary line adjustment/ right of way dedication plat? (see
attached) Glenn, I believe you have already looked at this in an earlier form. Joel, I know that Dennis Seale has already
reviewed and approved it as well.
