Milliman BLA The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Please add a statement to Note B indicating that if /when the parcel is divided the development rights must remain within the boundaries of the original parcel from which they were assigned. 2. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Revise Note E to say these parcels lie within the South Fork Rivanna Water Supply Watershed. 3. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Please show the location of the stream buffer along State Route 691 either graphically or with a note if the line runs concurrent with the floodplain. 4. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. There appears to be a typo in the acreage label on the southern portion of TMP 55 -23; please revise.
