Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [Comment] For record keeping purposes, please reference the approved Site Development Plan that this plan is amending on the cover sheet. 2. [Comment] Please list the conditions of approval for SP200800042 on the cover sheet, and provide documentation regarding the lack of necessity for additional parking. 3. [32.5.6(a)] List the minimum setbacks and yards on the cover sheet. 4. [32.5.6(b)] Provide the following: maximum height of the proposed building, and maximum amount of impervious cover on the site. 5. [32.5.6(n)] Provide the dimensions of all existing and proposed improvements including: buildings (maximum footprint and height); and fences. 6. [32.6.1] A final site plan together with amendments thereto shall be prepared and sealed, signed and dated by an architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or certified landscape architect, each of whom shall be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 7. [32.6.6(d)5] Provide a legend showing all symbols and abbreviations used on the plan. 8. [32.6.60)] If any outdoor lighting is proposed, including building- mounted fixtures, a lighting plan that conforms to Section 4.17 must be submitted. The lighting plan must also include the following note: Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3, 000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one -half footcandle.
