The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of the boundary
line adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise
specified.]
1. [14- 302(8)(2)] Name of Plat preparer. Please add the name and seal of the plat preparer.
Rev1: Comment not addressed.
2. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural- forestal district. Add a note that reads: `These properties
do not lie within an agricultural - forestal district.'
Rev1: Comment addressed.
3. [14- 303(C)] Boundary Lines. Please clearly label the 'new' and `vacated' boundary lines.

4. [14- 303(D)] Acreage of lots. It appears the acreage total for each proposed lot is slightly inaccurate; please
revise.
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. It still appears that the acreages are slightly inaccurate;
however this is not something that must be corrected for approval, it is simply for your information.
