So it only has 4 development rights, which it will retain. For comment 2, we'll add the setbacks as requested. For comment 3, could you check with Bill Fritz or Francis MacCall on this one. The parcels are entirely in the 100 year flood plain and don't contain building sites. So, it seems we wouldn't need Health Department approval for drain fields, as these lots are not buildable. For comment #3, after discussions with Bill and Megan, it was determined that, due to the particular circumstances of this plat, where none of the four parcels (existing or revised) has a building site and all are located within the flood plain, soils reports and Health Department approval are not required at this time. Once the setbacks, as requested in comment #2, have been added to the plat, it should be ready for final signatures. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Ray and Associates, Inc., dated December 17, 2019 and find it to be generally acceptable. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right of way.
