Old plats show an easement along the internal travelway that runs back to TMP 14 -10A3; does this easement still exist? If so, please note it on the plat with the corresponding deed book reference. Rev 1: Comment addressed. 2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. The plat should contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may /may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and may /may not be further divided ". The development rights for the subject parcels were determined for a subdivision application submitted in 1997 and recorded on DB 1689 PG 535; please refer to that plat for information regarding the development rights. Rev 1: Comment not fully addressed. Please revise note #10 to indicate that Parcel `C' may be further divided and Parcel `E' may not be further divided. 3. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. The notations indicating the scale is 1" =100' are inaccurate as the plat has been reduced. Please remove the notes and use only the graphic scale or print the plat full -size. In either circumstance, the County requires a full -scale print for signature. Rev 1: Comment not addressed. 4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural- forestal district. Please add a note to say these parcels lie within the South Fork Rivanna Water Supply Watershed and do not lie in an agricultural - forestal district. Rev 1: Comment addressed. 5. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Add a note that reads. `The stream buffers(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance'. Rev 1: Comment addressed. 6. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. Please revise the notation under the County signature line to read, `Agent for the Board of Supervisors'. Rev 1: Comment addressed.
