Most comments have been adequately addressed. The following issues remain: 1. Please call Glenn Brooks at 434 - 296 -5832 x3273 to schedule an inspection of guardrails upon installation no later than November 2, 2011. 2. Please note that the running tallies for the Lots 1 -8 and Lots 9 -16 plats are insufficient as submitted and do not appropriately meet Comments 5 (running tally table) and 4 (satisfaction of proffers) from review comments dated 10/26/2011. Please revise the lot count running tally to be a clear table that states the following, and which refers to the proffers. Proffer 1 will not be considered satisfied without an appropriate running tally. Lots 1 -8 plat Section K2 development shall not exceed 110 single family units (ZMA- 2006 -016, Proffer 1). 76 of these units are in addition to and not counted as part of the total permitted in Glenmore PRD (ZMA- 1999 -016). 110 maximum number of lots -8 lots submitted for approval (lots 1 -8) =102 remaining lots to be submitted for approval. (Please note that the remaining lot count is 102, not 92.) Lots 9 -16 plat Section K2 development shall not exceed 110 single family units (ZMA- 2006 -016, Proffer 1). 76 of these units are in addition to and not counted as part of the total permitted in Glenmore PRD (ZMA- 1999 -016). 110 maximum number of lots -8 (lots 1 -8) -8 (lots 9 -16) =94 remaining lots to be submitted for approval. 3. Please note that the Acreage Summary table is still incorrect. Lots 1 -8 plat TMP 93A5 -1 0.060 acres is to be subtracted ( -), not added ( +). Revise 40.590 acres to be 40.47 acres. TMP 94 -16 0.110 is to be subtracted ( -), not added ( +). Revise 50.112 acres to be 49.892 acres. Lots 9 -16 plat 50.112 acres of record should be 49.892 acres. 44.442 acres of residue should be 44.222 acres. *Please submit revisions for requested planner changes at the same time as revisions for forthcoming requested engineer changes. Please also note that the running tally language will also be needed for the Lot 28 plat and the Lot 28 plat should not be resubmitted without the same running tally.
