The Planner for the Albemarle County Current Development Division will grant or recommend
approval of the final plat referenced above when the following comments have been addressed.
[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision Ordinance,
unless otherwise specified.]
Comments applicable to both plats
1. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. Please add the date of last revision.
2. [14- 302(B)(2)] Name of plat preparer. Please have the plat preparer sign his seal.
3. [14- 303(D)] Acreages of lots. Please determine order of recordation by the Circuit Court.
Once order of recordation is determined, please revise lot acreages to reflect changes from
existing acreages to proposed acreages for the first plat and begin acreage summary table for
second plat with final acreages from the first.
4. Preliminary Condition 1 for Final Approval - 051101201] (Gerald Gatobu). Please submit
evidence that proffers have been satisfied.
5. Preliminary Condition 2 for Final Approval - 051101201] (Gerald Gatobu). Comment not
sufficiently addressed. A running tally of lots similar to the table for the Acreage Summary
on sheet 1 is needed.
6. Condition 1 of Determination of Revised Timing - 091021201 ](Amelia McCulley). By
11/02/2011, Glenmore Associates shall construct and maintain guardrails on the existing
Carroll Creek crossing on Carroll Creek Road. For more information, please see
memorandum dated 10/26/2011 to Glenn Brooks. To meet this condition, the applicant or
contact person needs to schedule a Certified Inspection verifiable by the County Engineer or
initiate a request for inspection by the County Engineer or designee.
Comments applicable to Lots 1 -8 only
7. [14- 303(Q)] Water and sewer notation. Please add a statement that the subdivision will be
served by a public water supply and public sewer system. If not, "Under current county
policy, public water and/or sewer service will not be available to this property."
