Phil,
I have reviewed the subject plan and have the following comments:
1. Remove the speed limit signs on the loop road and keep the advisory signs.
2. The sight distance for vertical curve number 2 is calculated incorrectly.
3. Add CD -2 on Road A at the low point at station 12 +49.50.
4. Add radial returns to the driveway for lot 53.
5. The raised median at the entrance to Road A needs to be labeled a standard MS -2.
6. Do the lanes at the divided roadway need to be 18 feet in width?
7. The plan is missing inlet calculations for ST -3 and 2.
8. The drainage easement around ST -7 is in the wrong location.
9. The contours and ditch line for the Route 631 improvements do not match the typical section #4.
10. Need to show pavement markings for the overlay and turn lane improvements to Route 631.
