Context/Visibility The Luxor Commercial Center consists of two buildings (Buildings 4 & 5), side by side, fronting the Route 250E Entrance Corridor. The buildings are spaced approximately fifteen feet apart and in close proximity to the EC right - of -way. This section of the corridor is densely developed and comprised of a mixture of office, retail and residential uses. The south (EC) elevations of both buildings, west end elevation of Building 5 and east end elevation of Building 4 are highly visible due to their close proximity to the corridor. The east elevation of Building 5 and west elevation of Building 4 are minimally from the EC. SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS Staff recommends the following as the primary points of discussion: 1. The location of sign bands on the building. 2. Staff recommends approval of the Certificate of Appropriateness for the AT &T sign with the following conditions: 1.
