I have reviewed the latest submittal of the ESC and SWM plan for Glenmore, Section K2B (WPO- 2011 - 00037), received
30 November 2011. With the modification to the outlet structure to SWM -1 worked out with the applicant this
afternoon, the ESC and SWM plans are hereby approved. Please submit 5 copies of the updated plan to my attention so
that I may pass off the project to the inspector.
Before a grading permit can be issued, a stormwater facility maintenance agreement will need to be recorded. Please
submit this document and fee to Ana Kilmer after reading the directions. In addition, before a grading permit can be
issued, the ESC and SWM bonds will need to be posted. I am currently in the process of computing these bonds and will
provide them in a separate email after they are completed.
All technical comments requested by engineering with regard to the two subdivision plats (SUB- 2011 -00056 and SUB -
2011- 00083) have been addressed. However, the plats should not be signed until the WPO and the ACSA utility bonds
have been posted.
