(Corner of Hydraulic /Commonwealth) He provided a description and layout for possible outdoor activities that would take place with this concert (attached). Details provided by applicant include: Date and time: Sunday, October 2, 2011, 4pm- Midnight Using existing building and parking on -site The concert will be inside and the occupancy rate of the building will be monitored. He indicated that he plans to rearrange things inside the building to accommodate people so will want to coordinate with Fire Rescue on this. • Security will be on hand to monitor alcohol and it will be consumed only per the license the restaurant has. • 3- 410x10 tents may be set up outside in the parking lot across from restaurant • I believe everything will be contained to the site but apply copying VDOT as an FYI.
