The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the final
subdivision plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed and subject
to the following conditions. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances, unless otherwise specified.]

required for this development. Install the utilities [14 -434] or bond the
installation [14 -435] prior to approval of the plat.

11. [14 -431]
Easements for facilities for stormwater and drainage control. Please
adjust the location of drainage easements on the plat to reflect field
conditions.
REVISION #1:
1. The locations of the drainage easements have been adjusted, but
one is missing. Please show the 10' private drainage easement that
is identified on the site plan.

roof drains between lots 117 -122 and lots 124 - 127."
12. [14 -434] Completion of on -site improvements required prior to plat approval.
a. A road plan must be submitted for approval prior to plat approval.

REVISION #1: Once road bond is paid, this requirement will also be
eliminated.

the minor site plan amendment to explicitly keep track of lots
designated as affordable dwelling units. Also, please keep in mind that
while a minimum of 12% of lots need to be designated as affordable
units per plat, a minimum of 15% will be needed in total among all
plats /phases.

It appears that several of the easements are not fully labeled. Please
identify these as private if they are private; if public, add language,
"hereby dedicated to ... "
