Please see comment number 2, the grantee is "public use" not The Commonwealth of VA Department of
Transportation ". This is a secondary road so all dedications are to the county.

I am forwarding Joel DeNunzio's (VDOT) comments regarding the sight easement deed. Should you have any questions,
I would suggest that you contact Joel directly. You are welcome to email him (copy me) the revised document.
Greg Kamptner has indicated that the Briarwood right -of -way deed and HOA Declaration are fine as is. He is currently
reviewing the drainage easement deed. I am also waiting for Greg's response to your email this morning regarding the
private street maintenance agreement.

SUB - 2010 -00090 Briarwood Phases 1A -2, 1B -1 and 8
Brent,
I have reviewed the subject plat and deed and have the following comments:
1. The sight distance easement is in the correct location.
2. The Grantee on the deed needs to be "Pulic Use" as it is in the dedication of the secondary roads.
3. The second to last line of the deed should not refer to a specific height for these items but should read
"VDOT or Albemarle County shall have the right to trim, cut and remove .......... within the easement area which
VDOT determines are a sight distance obstruction."
