(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -302 (A)(5)] Public easements. Provide the deed book and page number for the existing streets. 2. [14 -302 (A)(12)] Topography. Provide the existing and proposed topography. 3. [32.2] A site plan is required for townhouses and commercial buildings before construction can begin. 4. [Code of Development] Update the Proposed Development Chart on the cover sheet to include the proposed units and commercial building information. This information is not needed for a subdivision plat (it is required for the site plan), however, if you want to include it in the submittal please make sure it is correct.
