All requested modifications have been done. The ESC and SWM plans are hereby approved. As mentioned in my email on the 9t ", 4 copies of the plan will be needed for Letter of Revision approval. The required ESC bond necessary to cover the proposed improvements is $12,600. The required SWM bond necessary to cover the proposed improvements is $9,600. After discussion with Kenny, it seems the best path forward is to close out the previous application and issue a new permit for the new proposed work. Please post the bonds under WPO- 2011 -00089 with Ana and then the 2006 bond amount can be released. Please let me know if you have any questions. The plan can be approved after the following is done: 1) All references to the Hickenbottom Agridrain riser are removed from the plan. The extended detention facility will not function properly if there is any outlet below the 452.50 elevation (2 x WQv elevation). 2) The last line (6 of 6) of the outfall riser note is modified. This seems to be a carryover from the first plan. Because the rim elevation is marked on the embankment detail, the riser height probably isn't necessary in plan view. However, the height of the concrete DI -box needs to be specified. 3) An application for an ESC plan and $150 fee is provided to the county. (The current WPO number assigned to this plan is WPO- 2011 - 00089.) 4) The ESC plan is modified in the following manner: a) The three inch orifice is used as a ESC dewatering orifice until the site is stabilized. (In essence, the BMP will act as a sediment basin without the wet storage until stabilization.) Draw a 5" perforated tube in the manner found on VESCH Plate 3.14.15 on the riser detail on the ESC sheet. Add a note that says this structure is to be installed first and the site is to be graded from south to north while keeping the 9 acres of clean water bypassing the site for as long as possible. b) Show the construction entrance and access path to the work area in the limits of disturbance. Provide silt fence on the downhill side of this path. The bond currently held by the county will be sufficient for the work proposed. If you would like, I can leave the 4 sets submitted to the county at the front desk for you to make the above changes. If so, please let me know the date and time you are stopping by the office. Please let me know if you have any questions. This is my version of getting this design to work with a lyr storm and ext. det. (You will see I had to enlarge it. I could not get the smaller footprint to work). This would address all the county engineering comments. Unfortunately, I was not able to stay below 10,000sf, so a brief E &S plan could not be avoided.
