Subject: SDP - 2012 -002 Old Trail Block 2- Major Site Plan Amendment
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [Code of Development] Revise the Proposed Development Chart on Sheet T -2 to separate
the townhouse units from the condo/ apartment units. Revise all columns, totals
accordingly.
2. [Code of Development] Provide a parking analysis, proposed and required. You will need
to also revise and resubmit a shared parking agreement.
3. [Code of Development] Lot 8, the commercial lot, should have street access to the
building. Provide an entrance on one or more of the streets it fronts (Golf Drive or
Claremont Lane).
