County of Albemarle
Department of Community Development
The final subdivision plat has been reviewed.
1. This final subdivision plat will require a subdivision bond and water protection ordinance bond for
approval (14 -434 and 14 -435).
2. Approved road plans for Upland Drive, Claremont Lane, and Glen Valley Drive will be required to
determine the road bond amount.
3. Approved erosion control and stormwater management plans for this subdivision will be required to
determine the water protection ordinance bond amount.
4. Drainage easements will not be required for Wheatfield Way, Wheatfield Lane, Wheatfield Place, or
Wheatfield Court as these are private facilities. The drainage for these properties until it reaches public
right of way will need to be addressed by the property owners as part of their home owner's association.
5. Require the applicant to include existing topography and contours (14- 302.11).
