The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the final
subdivision plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed and subject
to the following conditions. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances, unless otherwise specified.]
Summary of Status as of 1/31/12: Revision #2, revised on January 20, 2012 and received on
January 23, 2012 has been reviewed. Fire and Rescue has no objections. Inspections has no
objections. Engineering has no objections to the plat contents, but is awaiting receipt of the
bonds. Planning has no objections to the plat contents, but is awaiting receipt of the bonds.
AC SA approval was previously received. E911 approval was previously received. VDOT review
is pending. Based on revision #2 received on January 23, 2012, SUB - 2011 -133 may be signed
once VDOT has approved this plat and sewer and road bonds are received.
