The car wash will be more visible when first constructed than after the completion of the final phase of the development. When first completed, the car wash will be visible between the buildings that currently stand along the EC. With the final phase of development, the new EC buildings will block most views of the car wash from vantage points east of the car wash. Visibility of the car wash will be maintained across the new entrance and parking lot located just west of the proposed frontage buildings. Provide for review details on the size, color and illumination of the vacuum equipment. Ensure that equipment design will maintain minimal noticeability from the EC. 2. Update the lighting plans for the overall development to include the wall lights and the soffit lights for the car wash, and the revised pole light count. 3. Update the landscape plans and plant schedule to specify the tree and shrubs proposed around the car wash and to account for trees deleted from the plan. 4. Clarify on the plan how the parking rows terminate at the east end of the car wash building.
