RE: ARB- 2011 -112: Stonefield Town Center — Revisions to Building A5
Dear Chris:
I have reviewed your recent submittal for the above referenced project. The revisions made to these
drawings resolve the outstanding conditions of approval that were outlined at the December 19, 2011 ARB
meeting regarding the revised design of Building A5. You may consider this letter your Certificate of
Appropriateness for that revised design.
Please note the following:
1. This application is approved with the condition that mechanical equipment shall not be visible from
the Entrance Corridor.
2. Although wall lights were included in the revised A5 drawings, no building or site lighting is
included in this approval.
3. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is
valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is
valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in
writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date.
