The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision
plat referenced above once the following comments are fully addressed. Record the 3 associated
plats in the order identified. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Subdivision Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14 -435] Surety in lieu of completion of on -site improvements. Post WPO and
ACSA bonds per Engineering comments. Please check CityView and/or
e -mails from Phil Custer, regarding procedural issues.
2. [14 -317] Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. County
Attorney's review of the joint maintenance agreement submitted on
March 9, 2012 is now available. The maintenance agreement for SUB -
2011 -056 is not approved in its current form and changes have been
requested. See the e -mail attachment with Greg Kamptner's comments for
SUB - 2011 -056. The maintenance agreement provided will be re- reviewed
by the County Attorney's Office once proffer violations are abated.
Approval of SUB - 2011 -083, including the maintenance agreement, has
been assumed to be delayed due to the current and persistent proffer
violation.
3. [14 -303D] Acreage of lots (Order of recordation). Record the 3 associated Glenmore
Leake K2B plats in the following order:
1. SUB - 2011 -105 Lot 28 first.
2. SUB - 2011 -056 Lots 1 -8 second; record associated maintenance
agreement simultaneously upon receipt of final approval.
3. SUB - 2011 -083 Lots 9 -16 third; record associated maintenance
agreement simultaneously upon receipt of final approval; (joint
maintenance agreement needs to be recorded twice), once with the
Lots 1 -8 plat, and once with the Lots 9 -16 plat)
4. [Revised Conditions /ZMA- 2006 -0161
Guardrails and reflective signage installation to the satisfaction of the
County Engineer. Procedural requirements were supplied previously.
