Subject: SDP - 2012 -009 Old Trail Block 11- Final Site Plan
The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [4.12.8] Reference shared parking agreement, and add information from the agreement
onto Sheet T -2.
2. [4.12.8 (e)] Provide an instrument for review and approval for the shared parking that
meets the requirements of this section. Once approved, it must be recorded before
approval of the site plan.
3. [Proffer #7 (H)] Lots 1, 3, 4, 6, 13, 14, 25, and 26 need to be adjusted to meet this proffer
that states that an 18' driveway needs to be provided.
4. Provide a note with the application number that approved the street trees that are shown
but not a part of this application.
5. The conservation checklist will need to be filled out and signed prior to the approval of
the final site plan.
