Mr. Miller,
I have received the County Attorney's review of the plat and the Maintenance Agreement for Covesville
First Baptist Church BLA/Access Easement. Below are the requested modifications to the plat.
1) Page 8 of the deed, Charles S. Perkins III is the only signer who signed the plat associated with this BLA for
Up & Over Farm, LLC. The signers for the deed and the plat must be identical. Thus Judy M. Perkins should
sign the plat as well.
2) Page 9 of the deed, Rauzelle J. Smith is the only signer who signed the plat associated with the BLA for
Covesville First Baptist Church. The signers for the deed and the plat must be identical. Thus Edward R.
Henderson should sign the plat as well.
3) On the plat and page 10 of the deed (the signed plat) the Owner's Statement for TMP 109 -6 lists the owner
as First Baptist Church Covesville; however, page 1 of the deed refers to the owner as Covesville First Baptist
Church. County records list the owner's as Covesville First Baptist Church. Thus these documents need to be
revised with the appropriate matching owner.
4) On the plat and page 10 of the deed (the signed plat) the Owner's Statement for TMP 109 -41) lists the owner
as Up & Over, LLC; however, page 1 of the deed refers to the owner as Up & Over Farm, LLC. County
records list the owner's as Up & Over Farm, LLC. Thus these documents need to be revised with the
appropriate matching owner.
Suggested modifications to the deed:
5) Page 4 of the deed, Bertha H. Johnson is listed as a signer, however on page 1 she is listed as "Bertha
Henderson Johnson ". Also, it appears she signed the deed as Bertha M. Johnson. Assure the correct name is
used and that it is consistent throughout.
6) Page 7 of the deed, the notary did not seal the signature nor did she list her Notary Certification Number.
This may pose a problem during recordation. It is advised this be corrected before recordation.
