Based on the site plan with revision date of 2/13/2012, the following issues remain outstanding: 1. Revise the architectural elevation drawings to include identification of specific material /manufacturer names and color names /numbers. Alternatively, revise the architectural elevation drawings to include a material/color schedule that is keyed to the elevations. Include identification of the window glass previously approved by the ARB for your project, and the note indicating that reflectance off the outside pane will be less than 7 %. 2. Fixture type A exceeds 3000 lumens and is not full cutoff. Revise the fixture to emit less than 3000 lumens or choose an alternate fixture that emits 3less than 3000 lumens. The following lumen /wattage equivalents are provide for your use: 3000 lumens = incandescent 160 w; quartz halogen 160 w; fluorescent 35 w; mercury vapor 75 w; metal halide 40 w; high pressure sodium 45 w; low pressure sodium 25 w. 3. The "Existing tree to be removed and replaced with Sophora Japonica" notes on L1 point to 3 trees but only 2 Sophora Japonica are proposed. Please clarify on the site plan. 4. Ensure that the standard lighting note appears on the site plan: Each outdoor luminaire equipped with a lamp that emits 3,000 or more initial lumens shall be a full cutoff luminaire and shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads. The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one -half footcandle. 5. Please note that a sign permit application will need to be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to installation of any signs. When you are ready to apply for the sign permit, you will need to submit a drawing(s) that clearly identifies all the materials, colors, illumination details and mounting details, etc. The following link to the sign application is provided for your use.
