This site plan is within the Authority's jurisdictional area for: A. Water and sewer B. Water only C. Water only to existing structure D. Limited service 2 3 ✓ 4 5 ✓ 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 An 6 inch water line is located approximately (ON PROPERTY) distant. Fire flow from, nearest public hydrant, located distant from this site plan, is Gpm + at 20 psi residual. A 8 inch sewer line is located approximately 190' distant. An Industrial Waste Ordinance survey form must be completed. No improvements or obstructions shall be placed within existing or future easements. and plans are currently under review. and plans have been received and approved. No plans are required. Final and plans are required for our review and approval prior to granting tentative approval. Final site plan may /may not be signed. RWSA approval for water and /or sewer connections. City of Charlottesville approval for sewer. Comments: • Easement on Mass Enterprise property does not have sewer installed. Add reference to Deed (DB 3869 PG 429) and Plat (DB 3869 PG 435). • Proposed easement on Final Touch Property does not have sewer installed. Note easement as "Sewer Easement Hereby Dedicated to ACSA." • Adjust proposed easement on Final Touch property so that it does not enter 50' stream buffer. • Sewer can be extended through easement on Mass Enterprise property at applicant's expense.
