Please see attached plat for the block 4 revised easements. The surveyor has made a few revisions to make it more
clear and clarified the note regarding vacation of existing easement — see below. Please let me know if this plat is
acceptable, or if there are any further comments/ questions.

Kirsten,
Attached is a revised PDF of the Block 4 easement plat. I have moved the names of the access easements and
added their deed reference as you suggested and also made them less bold so as to lessen the emphasis on their
importance.
As for the easement between lots 1 and 8, the note on the plat specifically states that, "...The previously
recorded storm drainage, private storm drainage, water, VDOT clear zone and sight distance easements shown
on said plat remain in effect." The easement you are referring to between lots 1 and 8 is clearly called out as a
"New 20' Water Easement" on our original easement plat. Therefore this easement is not vacated with the latest
plat attached hereto.
Hope this clarifies things. Let me know if you have any additional comments /questions.
