The preliminary subdivision plat has been reviewed.

1. Before final plat approval, engineering will need to approve detailed plans, computations, and
necessary supporting documents for all physical improvements including, but not limited to,
a. road plans
b. drainage plans and computations,
c. erosion and sediment control plan
d. stormwater management plans and computations (A.C. 14 -311).
2. Please include all current easements for this property (A.C. 14- 302.5) including the existing
easement for the bonded stormwater management facility for West Hall Phase 5 (DB 4024 PG
489 -501). An adequately sized culvert will be required for conveyance of runoff from West Hall
Phase 5 under proposed Road "A" Connector Road. This facility will need to consider previously
agreed -to runoff from West Hall Phase 5 as contributing waters for treatment and storage (if
applicable) purposes.
3. All physical improvements for access and utilities will need to be constructed and approved or
bonded prior to final plat approval. (A.C. 14 -434 and 435).
4. Please revise boundary distances as shown on sheet 2 to match scaled values.
5. I have an email request in to Jack Kelsey to compare the proposed typical section for Eastern
Avenue with the section planned by the Office of Facilities Development. I will forward his
response.
