This approval is predicated on the fact that the design and materials, as proposed and listed above will be used. The acceptance of approval implies that the applicant has agreed to execute the design as indicated on the submittal items presented, and as listed above. Any changes in the approved sign or materials will require a new application and additional review. The proposed wall sign at the west end of the southwest elevation, included in this application, is not expected to be visible from the EC. Consequently, ARB approval is not required for that sign.
