[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Subdivision Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 308.1] Groundwater Assessment. A Tier II groundwater assessment has been requested. Results pending. A copy of this groundwater assessment will be provided to the property owner. REVISION #1: Comment addressed. 2. [14- 302(A)7] Reservoir Watershed. This property is in a reservoir watershed. Revise note D, which states: "This property not located in a water supply watershed." to state that the property is located in a water supply watershed. Include the name of the water supply watershed. It appears that the water supply watershed name is Beaver Creek Reservoir. Please verify and add this name. REVISION #1: North Fork Rivanna River Reservoir appears to be correct. Comment addressed. 3. [14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. (The location, area and dimensions of a building site on each proposed lot complying with the requirements of section 4.2 of the zoning ordinance): It is not clear whether a building site is available since Parcel W -1 is largely composed of area in the stream buffer. Demonstrate that a 30,000 sq. ft. rectangular building site is available. Provide an outline of where a building site may be located and indicate its total area. REVISION #1: Comment addressed. 4. [14- 302(B)1] General information. Please add date of last revision to the plat with each revision submitted. REVISION #1: Comment addressed. 5. [14- 302(B)121 Topography. Provide topography. REVISION #1: Comment eliminated. 6. [14 -3171 Instrument evidencing maintenance of certain improvements. Provide maintenance agreements for the 30' private street easement and the private driveway easement to forward to the County Attorney's office for review and approval. REVISION #1: The maintenance agreement was forwarded to the County Attorney for review. Review is pending. © 14 -309 Soils evaluations. Received. © 14 -310 Health dept. Approved. © 14 -316 MOT.
