Ray From: Joanne Tu Purtsezova Division: Planning Date: April 27, 2012 Subject: SUB - 2012 -042 Willow Glen — BLA/Easement Fax: 434 - 972 -4126 The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment and easement plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Subdivision Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(A)14] Land to be dedicated in fee or reserved. Submit a supplementary declaration or other maintenance agreement for the change in common open space for review and approval by the County Attorney. Upon approval, record the maintenance agreement concurrently with this boundary line adjustment and easement plat. 2. [14- 302(B)10] Stream buffers. Since no stream buffers are shown, remove the stream buffer note. 3. [14- 303(L)] Public utility, drainage and sight distance easements. Submit a deed of easement for the new 20' drainage easement for review and approval by the County Attorney. Upon approval, record the deed of easement concurrently with this plat.
