Please adequately address the following comments for final approval: A) Erosion Control Plan (WP0201200036) 1. Please show the existing streams on the plan. 2. Silt fence is not adequate for this application according to Std. & Spec. 3.05, VESCH. The Erosion Control Officer has recommended an earthen berm constructed to capture the alluvial waste material dumped on the site before it flows into the stream at the bottom of the hill. Due to the size, length, slope, and type of material in the disturbance a sediment trap would better protect the stream below the site. 3. The County Design Standards manual has required notes that need to be shown on the plan. Please use the following link to find the required notes for "General ", and "Erosion and Sediment Control ". http: / /www. albemarle.org/uploadlimagesl forms _center /departments /community - lopment/forms /design_ standards_ manual/Albemarle County—Design—Standards Man ual02- 12- 2010.pdf Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 2 copies of the revised plans, calculations, and narratives to Current Development Engineering.
