[14- 302(A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Please include the right -of -way width for Half Mile Branch Road. 2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may /may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights ". The subdivision plat that created these two parcels states that TMP 55 -86A may not be further divided and that TMP 55 -86 retains two development rights. If no changes to the parcels have occurred since that time, this information is still accurate even though the development rights for TMP 55 -86 are theoretical only due to acreage restrictions. For this submittal you can modify the standard note to say something like, `No development rights are transferred with this boundary line adjustment; TMP 55 -86A retains one development right and may not be further divided, TMP 55 -86 retains two development rights'. 3. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. The dates provided on the two sheets do not match, please revise. For future submittals, provide the date of the last revision. 4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Please revise the note regarding the reservoir watershed to indicate that these parcels are within the South Fork Rivanna water supply watershed. 5. [14- 302(8)(9)] Flood plain. Show the location of any part of the property within the flood hazard overlay district, as set forth in section 30.3 of the zoning ordinance. 6. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 7. [14 -309 & 14 -310] Soil evaluations & Health director approval of individual private wells and /or septic systems. Please provide documentation of Health Department approvals that verify that the approved primary and reserve drainfields for TMP 55 -86 will remain within the Revised TMP 55 -86. 8. [14 -312] Location of existing buildings. Show the location of all existing buildings within fifty (50) feet of the proposed lot line. According to County GIS, there is a structure on TMP 55 -86 that is very close to the proposed boundary line.
