Subject: Timberwood Commons - BLA (SUB201200046) preliminary plat review

The preliminary plat has been reviewed.
1. Please coordinate this plat submittal to include all existing and proposed private easements as indicated
on site development plan SDP201200024 and easement plat SUB201200047 [14- 302.A.4].
2. Please coordinate this plat submittal to include all existing and proposed public easements as indicated
on site development plan SDP201200024 and easement plat SUB201200047 [14- 302.A.5].
3. Please include the location, area, and dimensions of a building site on each proposed lot complying with
section 4.2 of the zoning ordinance. The plat shall also contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or
number] and residue of Tax Map/Parcel [numbers] shall contain a building site that complies with section
4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." [14- 302.A.9].
4. Please see additional engineering comments dated 6/4/2012 from SUB201200047 which also apply to
this preliminary plat submittal.
