We have informed the developer's attorney via email, that this proposed
change in use does not
necessitate a special use permi amendment. That decision is based on the
fact that the
underlying zoning is commercial office and the current special use permit
approval does not
prohibit office use in that building.
With all that said, prior to approval of a commercial office use in that
building, they will need to
demonstrate that adequate parking can be provided. This has not yet been
demonstrated and
may be an issue.
