Good evening,
I have completed my review of the latest submittal of the plans for the Boar's Head Sports Club Expansion (SDP -2011-
00082 and WPO- 2011 - 00103), received 3 May 2012. All outstanding WPO comments have been addressed. Therefore,
the WPO plan for the project is hereby approved. With the modification of the entrance note for the employee parking
lot to refer to VDOT CG -11 rather than a "VDOT Standard Entrance ", I will have no objection to the approval of the site
plan.
The ESC bond has been computed to be $47,700. The SWIM bond has been computed to be $64,100. To post these
bonds, please contact Ana Kilmer at 296 -5832 x3246. All three parcels (59D2 -1 -2, 59D2 -1 -15, and 75 -63) must be party
to these bonds.
Please provide me with three more copies of the WPO plan, two copies of the version of the site plan you submit to
Joanne for signature, and two copies of just the ESC narrative (appendix not needed).
A grading permit will be issued at the pre- construction meeting. The pre- construction meeting cannot be held until the
bonds have been posted, the first year permit and inspection fee has been paid, the final site plan has been signed by
the planner, and the copies of the plans requested above have been provided to me.
