The Planner for the Zoning & Current Development Division of the Albemarle County
Department Community Development will recommend approve the plan referred to above when
the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that
have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14 -302 (A)(12)] Topography. Provide topography in accordance with this section. Since
this is a final without a preliminary approval, topography is required to be shown.
2. [14 -302 (B)(5)] Zoning classification. The zoning listed is incorrect. This property is
zoned R4- Residential. Revise the note on the cover sheet.
3. [14 -302 (13)(7)] Reservoir watershed. This property is in the Upper Rivanna River Water
Supply Watershed. Revise the note on the cover sheet.
4. [14 -302 (B)(10)] Stream buffers. Provide the following note on the plat: "The stream
buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County
Water Protection Ordinance."
5. [14 -303 (E)] Dimension standards. Provide the dimensions of the sidewalk easements.
