(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [14 -302 (A)(12)] Topography. Provide topography in accordance with this section. Since this is a final without a preliminary approval, topography is required to be shown. 2. [14 -302 (B)(5)] Zoning classification. The zoning listed is incorrect. This property is zoned R4- Residential. Revise the note on the cover sheet. 3. [14 -302 (13)(7)] Reservoir watershed. This property is in the Upper Rivanna River Water Supply Watershed. Revise the note on the cover sheet. 4. [14 -302 (B)(10)] Stream buffers. Provide the following note on the plat: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 5. [14 -303 (E)] Dimension standards.
