Below are VDOT's comments for the May, 2012 Rezoning and Special Use Permit applications:
SP- 2012 -00008 Daylily Preschool (Joanne Purtsezova)
1. No comments.
SP- 2012 -00009 Southwood Boys and Girls Club Expansion (Claudette Grant)
1. No comments.
SP- 2012 -00010 Sieg Special Events (Christopher Perez)
1. The existing residential private entrance for this site on Route 612 does not have adequate sight
distance for a commercial entrance. Clearing, side slope grading and possible road grading with
sight line easements may be needed to obtain adequate sight distance.
