This letter approves the above referenced Major Site Plan Amendment. This Major Site Plan
Amendment proposes the following changes to TMP 05900- D2 -01- 01500, 05900- D2 -01- 00200,
and 07500 -00- 06300, including, but not limited to:
1. Add a 32,388 SF, 33' -11" high squash club to the existing 154,431 SF indoor racquet court
facility
2. Relocate existing 76 parking spaces in front of existing racquet club on -site
3. Add 34 parking spaces on the adjacent parcel (same owner) by converting existing gravel lot
to paved parking
4. Remove existing court area adjacent to existing gravel lot
5. Remove all paving, curbing, and vegetation within existing parking lot
6. Remove barrier netting
7. Remove fireline
8. Remove and relocate FHA and water meter vault
9. Remove shed and ramp at the corner of the racquet club near concrete walk to remain
10. Remove 6" ACSA waterline to existing valve
11. Remove asphalt golf cart path
12. Add "Firelane No Parking Signs"
13. Extend the existing concrete walk between racquet club and tennis courts along proposed
squash club
14. Add 2'± to existing 16' asphalt drives to make 18' minimum width (actual width varies)
15. Add 2.5'± to existing 18' asphalt drives to make 20' minimum width
16. Add 16 bumper blocks to middle two rows of employee parking lot
17. Add "Employee Parking Only" Sign to employee parking lot
18. Remove 3 ailanthus, 1 8" cedar, 4 cypress, all autumn olive, and raise crown on 2 18" cedars
in area of selective clearing for sight distance
19. Update landscape canopy in front of racquet club and surrounding employee parking lot
according to plant schedules
20. Remove existing lighting in front of the racquet club and add 19 new luminaires
This is the first (1S) Major Site Plan Amendment for this site, although there have been two (2)
additional Minor Site Plan Amendments. Three (3) Major Site Plan Amendments are allowed,
after which all required changes must be submitted as Final Site Plans.
